Our setup is extremely and extremely complex. Its even difficult for the people who are in the industry to understand its calculations but Kamatchi has understood all the calculations and setup the system extremely well. I wanted to rate her 11 out of 10. We mainly purchased the system to reduce the manual human work and reduce human errors. Its all taken care now. I can clearly see 80% of the time is reduced because of the software. I will recommend the software to many of trade customers. The setup took a little longer time but now I can see the sophistication of the software and the benefits.

We have used Blind Matrix now for several years. It has transformed our business and made the day-to-day work much easier to do. Without it our admin staff would not cope with the amount of work we have. The support we receive from all of your team is excellent. Nothing is ever too much when we make our requests for help. You are all so friendly when we call and most of the things we need doing are actioned very quickly. I have been using Blind Martix since 2009 and have found it to be a useful system. I initially used this system to keep customer records, quotes, and invoices etc and run our appointment diaries. The system has continually improved and now we use the App to quote and take orders in the customers homes, emailing quotes, order confirmations and invoices instantly. The order is straight to the office and can be processed immediately.This system works very smoothly, any issues I have had have been resolved very quickly. I feel happy to recommend this product.

It has been a total of 12 months since we signed up with Blinds Matrix. From the start to date the experience with BlindMatrix has been positive and valuable. From the initial sales proposition up to today, the BM team has been nothing less than outstanding. Denver was great in explaining the software on a basic level without confusing the sales process. after signing up the process of getting us trained, was simple and effective. It has been so long ago that I cannot remember the trainer's name however they were fantastic. Currently, I have been working with front line Developer/Manager Ram. It has been almost 7 months since I have been working with him. The experience has been great. He has responded and has followed up consistently, and helped us with solutions to ensure BM works for our company. I know that Ram has a strong team of developers behind him to make this happen so I would also like to thank them for all their behind the scene work. After using BlindMatrix, we have reduced our admin time by 50%. Since going live there have been hundreds of changes and tweaks we have done and we are working closely with Ram to continue to improve the system. Since we went Live, we have added the SMS feature and also two extra licenses. This will continue as our business grows and BM grows with us. I have worked with multiple systems in past companies. All these systems are Blinds industry-focused. I must reiterate that BM is fantastic software and I am looking forward to working closely with BM to grow my business.
I would like to rate Saby, 11 out of 10. He understands our needs extremely well and delivers them to us. We recommend Saby on receiving the 'Employee of the Month' award. The software is fully customized for our business. Now, all the orders are streamlined and automated, and hence, no human effort is needed. The software is 90 to 95% ready and Saby is working on the rest of the changes given. The only issue we face sometimes is that the system is not calculating stock components, but otherwise we are extremely happy. We are happy to recommend your software to other businesses.

It saves so much time during the sales appointments and quite honestly it is a far more professional customer experience. Our orders are processed through to manufacture and suppliers in half the time it used to take, and tracking orders is so simple. Since integrating BlindMatrix software into our business we have certainly been able to increase sales but more importantly our customer services. Paper files of old, were time consuming and required space for storage. With BM, all the information we need is always right in front of us whenever the customer may call. We are a small business that both manufactures locally and orders in made up products. The BM pricing system allows us to have our own prices alongside our suppliers prices. Adding new, removing obsolete or modifying existing price structures is made super simple using the Technical Support staff. Our experiences with Simon and his team have been second to none. They are friendly, extremely knowledgeable and always there to help. Any difficulties we have had were dealt with in a timely manner and most of all with a smile. BM is an essential part of our business and without it we would struggle to maintain the level of turnover and customer satisfaction that we currently achieve. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Every time we have had an issue, I have contacted him directly and he has been on the case of sorting the problem. He usually has it sorted within hours, which is a fantastic service. I have worked with many different software solutions providers, ranging from the small to the multinational providers on a range of different products, including companies like SAP for Fieldglass & Concur, Dell and Microsoft. As I’m sure you know, within these large corporations you end up being “just a number” and fall into their process driven SLA’s where you can be waiting up to 5 days for an urgent, process braking, issue. I’ve had none of that nonsense since discovering BM and Prince! I can categorically say that none of the large corporations SLA’s have come close to the level of service we are receiving from Prince and Blind Matrix.
